ALDA and the Youth-ID project consortium invite applications from qualified youth worker experts based in Strasbourg, France, to act as a freelance trainer and facilitator for an international Training of Trainers (ToT) session. Funded by the Erasmus+ programme, the initiative gathers 18 youth workers from across Europe to build practical skills in inclusive community planning, active citizenship, democratic participation, and youth advocacy. The curriculum and theoretical content are pre-developed by the project consortium, meaning the trainer's main role focuses on delivery and group facilitation rather than curriculum creation.
