Overview

The Youth Endowment Fund (YEF) is hiring a Youth Voice Officer for a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover position based in Central London. The role involves hybrid working, requiring at least two days per week in the London office. The successful candidate will join the Youth Understanding team to co-lead the Youth Advisory Board, champion young people's lived experiences, and collaborate with the communications team to amplify youth voices in violence prevention work.

Eligibility

• Experience working directly with young people and understanding youth participation.

• Lived experience of youth violence is welcomed but not strictly required.
• Applicants must already have the right to work in the United Kingdom, as YEF does not sponsor work permits.
• Must be able to pass an Enhanced DBS check with Children's Barred List.
