Overview
YLabs invites applications for a full-time, remote Operations Specialist to join its growing People Operations team. The position can be performed from anywhere in Africa and offers a salary range of USD $17,000 to $26,000 per year, depending on experience. The role combines human resources administration, recruitment coordination, onboarding and offboarding, employee experience, vendor management, equipment administration, and organizational process improvement.
Eligibility
- Approximately 3 to 6 years of professional experience in operations, people operations, human resources, administration, or related functions.
- Experience supporting or managing recruitment activities, such as candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and hiring coordination.
- Strong organizational skills, a builder's mindset, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Sound professional judgment, discretion, empathy, and strong communication skills.
- Must have a permanent work location within Africa.
