Eligibility

Schools must complete the registration process through the designated online form. The application process requires the following steps and preparations:

- Provide complete school contact details and address information.
- Select the appropriate school level and student age ranges.
- Indicate the total number of participating students, staff, and parents.
- Download, complete, and upload an attendee list via Google Drive with public link access enabled.
- Collect and securely retain signed parental consent forms for photography and videography for all participating minors.
- Disclose any accessibility or special educational support needs, including required aids or support assistants.
- Acknowledge responsibility for all travel and accommodation expenses.
- Submit the completed application form.
