The World Bank Young Professionals Program (WBG YPP) is an international leadership development initiative designed to recruit dynamic, inspirational, and effective future leaders. Operating across the World Bank Group, the International Finance Corporation, and the Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency, the program starts with a two-year leadership development component embedded within a five-year employment contract. Participants work in the USA to support sustainable development and global impact.

Eligibility
- Applicants must not have been born before October 1, 1990.
- Must hold a relevant master's or doctoral degree with a specialization matching the program's business areas.
- Must have relevant professional work experience or be currently enrolled in a doctoral program.
- Must demonstrate proficiency and fluency in English.
- Preference is given to candidates from World Bank Group member countries and countries of operation.
