Overview
The World Bank Group Africa Fellowship Program is a six-month initiative designed to provide hands-on experience working alongside World Bank Group teams on research, economic policy, technical assistance, and lending operations. Fellows also gain networking opportunities with global experts, mentors, and peers.

Eligibility
- Open to nationals of Sub-Saharan Africa, with women explicitly encouraged to apply.
- Must be a recent Ph.D. graduate within three years of completion or currently enrolled in the final year of a Ph.D. program.
- Must be 32 years of age or younger by January 1, 2027.
- Must possess an excellent command of written and spoken English alongside strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- Must commit to an in-person presence from January 2027 to June 2027.
