The Women’s Developmental Leadership Program 2026–2027 invites Pacific women Australia Awards scholars studying in Australia to apply for leadership training, coaching, and residential intensives.

Overview
The Women’s Developmental Leadership Program is designed to strengthen the leadership capabilities, styles, and professional networks of up to 30 Pacific women Australia Awards scholars annually. The 2026–2027 program offers training, coaching, residential intensives, real-issue challenges, and workplace internship opportunities across Australia and the Pacific region.

- Support to design and secure professional work placements and internships in Australia and the Pacific.
Eligibility
- Identify as a woman.
- Be enrolled as an Australia Awards scholar at an Australian university or tertiary institution during the first semester of the calendar year.
- Be available to commence the program in Australia in February 2027.
- Commit up to 15 days of face-to-face participation across the two residential intensives.
- Have reliable access to the internet.
- Be a citizen of an eligible Pacific country or territory, such as Fiji, Papua New Guinea, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Tonga, Vanuatu, and others.
