Overview
The WomenLift Health Scholarship 2027 in Nigeria is a fully funded, 12-month hybrid leadership development programme designed for mid-to-senior career women working in health and interconnected fields, also known as Health++. Delivered in partnership with WILAN Global, the initiative aims to advance women's leadership by selecting a cohort of 30 women leaders from diverse sectors such as public, private, academia, NGO, and philanthropy.
The curriculum blends virtual learning, mentoring groups, one-on-one executive coaching, leadership assessments including a 360-rater evaluation, two in-person residencies, and the implementation of a Health Leadership Project. The overarching experience spans from August 2026 to October 2027, featuring an Immersion residency in July 2027 and a Lift-Off residency in April 2028.

Eligibility
- Must identify as a woman.
- Must be a citizen who resides and works in Nigeria.
- Must be fluent in written and verbal English.
- Must live in the West Africa Time (WAT) +/-1 hour time zone for at least 75% of the programme duration.
- Must be a mid-career or senior leader possessing 10 to 25 years of professional work experience in health and related fields.
- Must represent a diverse sector like public, private, academia, NGO, or philanthropy.
