The WiSER Pioneers Program 2026 is a year-long leadership and professional development opportunity designed to equip young women with the skills, knowledge, confidence, and networks needed to contribute to global energy transformation and sustainable development. Initiated under Women in Sustainability, Environment and Renewable Energy (WiSER), a platform associated with Masdar, the program combines mentorship, leadership training, educational workshops, and global networking.

Eligibility

- Must have at least two years of professional experience and be currently employed or self-employed.
- Must possess excellent spoken English.
