Overview

The Warwick PGR Scholarship is a University of Warwick funding initiative designed for postgraduate researchers beginning their studies in October 2027. Administered by the university's Doctoral College, a single application evaluates candidates across multiple streams, including Faculty Chancellors, Interdisciplinary Chancellors, AHRC Doctoral, Doctoral Access, and China Scholarship Council options.

Eligibility

• Applicants must apply for an eligible Postgraduate Research course at the University of Warwick starting in October 2027, such as a PhD, MPhil/PhD, EngD, or the PhD stage of a combined course.
• Must be starting in the 2027/28 academic year; deferrals to subsequent academic years are not permitted.
• Current postgraduate research students are not eligible to apply.

2. Submit your course application by the designated course deadline.
3. Wait for your automated email containing your 7-digit applicant ID number, allowing at least 48 hours for receipt.
4. Register your ITS applicant account using the provided registration system.
5. Submit your scholarship application and all accompanying supporting documentation via the scholarships portal before the final deadline.
