Eligibility

  • Must have completed a Bachelor Degree with First Class Honours or an equivalent level.

  • Must be an international student (not an Australian or New Zealand citizen, nor an Australian permanent resident).
  • Must commence or continue study in 2027.

Candidates must complete the Doctor of Philosophy entry process separately and submit their scholarship paperwork through the UniSQ scholarship portal. Required application materials include:

  • A completed Statement of Claim from both the student and supervisor.
  • A curriculum vitae detailing research publications and presentations.
  • A Preliminary Research Thesis Topic Proposal.
  • Documentation confirming citizenship.
  • Educational qualifications, including testamurs and academic transcripts for all undergraduate and postgraduate awards.
  • A Letter of Support from an industry partner if applying for the industry stream.
