Eligibility
Applicants must meet the following criteria to be considered:
- Education: Advanced university degree (Master's level or above) in economics, public health, public policy, political science, evaluation, development studies, sociology, or a closely related field.
- Experience: More than five years of professional experience leading or contributing to rigorous impact evaluations, including quantitative and qualitative research, data collection, analysis, and work in low-income settings.
- Thematic Expertise: Substantial experience conducting research on violence against children, adhering to strict ethical standards, child safeguarding procedures, and human-subject protections (such as holding a CITI certificate or equivalent).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in statistical and qualitative software such as Stata, R, NVivo, or ATLAS.ti, alongside a track record of peer-reviewed publications.
- Languages: Fluency in English is required; knowledge of French, Spanish, or Arabic is considered an asset.
