Overview

The UNDP Research and Partnerships Analyst position offers a one-year, full-time contract with the Human Development Report Office located in Bonn, Germany. This paid role supports global policy research, knowledge development, strategic partnerships, and resource mobilization efforts for the United Nations Development Programme.

Eligibility Criteria

  • An advanced University Degree (Master's degree or equivalent) in Economics, Development Studies, Public Policy, Political Science, International Relations, or a relevant social science discipline; or a Bachelor's degree with an additional two years of qualifying experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience with a Master's degree, or 4 years with a Bachelor's degree, combining policy-oriented research and analysis with partnership engagement.
  • Mandatory fluency in English; knowledge of another UN language is considered an asset.
  • Demonstrated experience working with international organizations, governments, or multi-stakeholder partnerships.
  • Strong background in evidence-based research, data analysis, and international development policy.
