The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) is seeking candidates for a JPO Strategic Planning and Analysis Analyst position based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Offered under the UNDP Junior Professional Officer (JPO) Programme, the role supports Ethiopia's National Disarmament, Demobilization, and Reintegration Programme (NDRP) through political and conflict analysis, strategic communication, stakeholder engagement, and risk-informed programming. The appointment is a one-year fixed-term contract at the P-2 level with the possibility of extension.

Eligibility
- Nationality: Open exclusively to nationals of Norway.
- Education & Experience: A Master’s degree with at least two years of relevant professional experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with at least four years of relevant professional experience in fields such as development, foreign affairs, or international relations.
- Languages: Demonstrated fluency in written and spoken English; a working knowledge of another official UN language is desirable.
