The Transparency International EU Political Integrity Traineeship 2026 is a paid, six-month early-career opportunity based in Brussels, Belgium. The successful candidate will work as an EU Policy Trainee, engaging in a hybrid setup that combines office-based work and teleworking for 38 hours per week. The traineeship is scheduled to begin on 5 October 2026.
The role provides practical exposure across multiple areas, including monitoring anti-corruption developments, conducting policy research, supporting events, assisting with project implementation, tracking activities and impact, supporting communications, and handling general office support.

Eligibility
- Open to early-career applicants with no more than 5+ years of relevant working experience.

- Must possess excellent written and spoken English proficiency.
- Must demonstrate a solid understanding of European Union institutions and EU-level policymaking.
- Prior experience in policy research and analysis is considered an advantage.
- Candidates must hold the legal right to reside and work in Belgium.
