Overview

The UN Food Systems Coordination Hub Call for Submissions invites stakeholders across the food systems community to share success stories, promising practices, and good practices in food systems transformation. The initiative documents practical solutions, achievements, and lessons learned at local, national, regional, and global levels to support knowledge exchange and global learning.

Submissions are accepted in two main categories: Success Stories and Promising and Good Practices. All success stories will be published in the Hub's Database of Practices. Selected practices will undergo an expert review process and may be featured in the Compendium of Promising and Good Practices in Food Systems Transformation.

Eligibility

The Call is open to a broad range of actors within the food systems ecosystem, including:

  • Governments and local governments
  • National Convenors and coalitions of action
  • UN entities
  • Civil society, academic, and research organizations
  • Private-sector organizations and start-ups
  • Indigenous Peoples' organizations, farmer organizations, and women and youth organizations

How to Apply

Submissions can be completed through the online Google Form or by filling out the appropriate Word template and emailing it to the designated addresses provided by the Hub. Contributors may submit more than one story or practice using a separate form or template for each.

Deadline

The deadline for submissions is 31 October 2026.
