The program supports activities commemorating significant milestones, including the 250th anniversary of U.S. independence (Freedom 250) and the 70th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Ghana and the United States. A total of approximately $120,000 is available for this funding cycle, with awards expected to range between $15,000 and $60,000. Projects should last between three and ten months and begin within 90 days of the award date.

The opportunity is open to organizations capable of managing U.S. government grant funding. Eligible entities include:
