Eligibility
- Applicants must hold an Italian second-cycle degree or a foreign qualification recognized as equivalent by the Selection Board.
- Candidates who expect to graduate by October 31, 2026, are permitted to apply conditionally.
- There are no age or citizenship restrictions; however, individuals who have previously received a full PhD scholarship are ineligible.
