Eligibility
- Meet entry requirements for admission to a graduate program at Tokyo Metropolitan University (TMU).
- Master's applicants must be enrolled in a bachelor's degree program at a TMU partner institution, a higher education institution in any of Tokyo's sister cities, or another Asian country or region. Alternatively, applicants may work in a research institution, governmental organization, or company in those designated regions.
- Ph.D. applicants must be enrolled in a master's degree program at a TMU partner institution, a higher education institution in any of Tokyo's sister cities, or another Asian region, or work in an eligible organization within those locations.
- Demonstrate a commitment to collaboration and innovation for the enhancement of Tokyo and beyond.
