Eligibility
- Must be a citizen and resident of Namibia.
- Must have at least two years of relevant work experience and be employed by specific Namibian government ministries or institutions (such as the Ministry of International Relations and Cooperation, Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Defence, or Ministry of Gender Equality and Child Protection).
- Must hold a bachelor's degree awarded in 2015 or later from a recognized institution with a minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0 or equivalent honours.
- Must not already possess a master's degree or higher, nor be enrolled in or starting one for the 2026/27 academic year.
- Must select three relevant programmes from the Directory of Eligible Programmes and meet English language and academic criteria.
- Must have applied to the Ireland Fellows Programme no more than once previously.
