Overview
The Skills & Innovation Academy 2026 is an intensive five-day professional development programme designed to help graduates strengthen their technical and soft skills, thereby improving their readiness for the world of work. The initiative is part of Invest for Jobs – Special Initiative “Decent Work for a Just Transition,” supported by Germany's Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and implemented by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH through GIZ Ghana.
Eligibility
The current application round targets graduates based in four specific regions of Ghana:
- Greater Accra
- Bono Region
- Northern Region
- Upper West Region
Applicants should note that the current call focuses on graduates in these regions and does not publicly state an age limit, strict academic degree threshold, or minimum work-experience requirement.
