Schlumberger Faculty Fellowships 2027 provide fully funded annual grants for women from developing and emerging economies pursuing PhD or postdoctoral research in STEM abroad.

Overview
The Schlumberger Faculty Fellowships, run by the Schlumberger Foundation (Faculty for the Future), support women from low- and middle-income countries to undertake PhD or postdoctoral research in STEM disciplines at top universities abroad. The programme aims to foster leadership, academic careers, and community outreach among women scientists.
Benefits

Eligibility
- Must be a woman and a citizen of a developing or emerging country, with no dual citizenship from a developed country.
- Must be preparing for a PhD or postdoctoral research in a STEM discipline; master's degrees are excluded.
- Must be enrolled, admitted, or applied to a well-ranked host university or research institute abroad.
- Must maintain an excellent academic record, provide strong references, and demonstrate teaching experience or interest in academia.
- Must be committed to returning home for an academic, research, STEM entrepreneurship, or policy-making career, and show leadership skills in encouraging women in STEM.
- Employees of Schlumberger (SLB) are not eligible.
