Cowater International invites qualified safeguarding professionals to join its Regional Safeguarding Roster of Consultants for Southeast Asia. This initiative strengthens organisational safeguarding systems among gender-based violence prevention partners.

Overview
Cowater International has opened its Regional Safeguarding Roster of Consultants for Southeast Asia as part of the Southeast Asia Gender-based Violence Prevention Platform. The initiative is a regionally led, Australian-funded effort designed to enhance primary prevention of gender-based violence against women and girls. Selected consultants will provide tailored technical assistance, capacity strengthening, and risk assessment support to civil society organisations and grantees across the region.
Eligibility
- Must hold at least a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as social work, gender and development, international development, human rights, or social sciences.
- Require a minimum of five years of professional experience in safeguarding, child protection, PSEAH, gender-based violence, or related areas.
- Demonstrate proficiency in English and at least one Southeast Asian language (written and oral).
- Citizenship and legal work authorisation required in one of the eligible Southeast Asian countries: Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Lao PDR, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Timor-Leste, or Viet Nam.
