The Princeton in Africa Fellowship is a 12-month paid post-graduate opportunity that places young professionals and graduating undergraduates with host organisations across the African continent. Fellows work across various fields, including international humanitarian aid, public and community health, economic development, agricultural development, and education.

Eligibility
- Must be a young professional or a current undergraduate graduating by June 2027.
- Must hold a Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree from a 4-year U.S.-accredited university or a 4-year locally accredited university based in Africa.
- Must demonstrate full professional proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing English at CEFR Level C1 or above.
- Must be no older than 35 years of age during the duration of the fellowship year (born on or after September 1, 1992).
- Must hold a passport valid for at least six months past the end of the fellowship year.
- Must not be enrolled in any graduate, doctoral, or equivalent advanced academic programs during the fellowship year.
