Overview
CheckFirst offers a remote Policy Intern position designed for early-career candidates seeking practical experience in digital policy, public policy, platform regulation, and law. Interns will work closely with the Chief Policy Officer, receiving mentorship while conducting research, monitoring regulatory developments, preparing briefings, and supporting projects.
Eligibility
- Applicants must be based in the European Union and be able to legally undertake the internship.
- Academic background in law, public policy, political science, technology policy, or related disciplines.
- Strong written and spoken English proficiency, along with research and analytical capabilities.
- Familiarity with EU digital regulation, the Digital Services Act (DSA), or online information integrity is advantageous.
