Organized by We Are One Humanity (WAOH), the One Humanity Fellowship is a three-month program designed to support emerging writers and multimedia producers who are passionate about human rights, civic life, social change, culture, and overlooked stories. The fellowship emphasizes a genuine editorial relationship, helping participants develop, refine, and publish original work for an international audience.
The program covers five major thematic areas:

- Moving Beyond Polarization
- Fighting for Human Rights
- Building Inclusive Societies
- Finding What Sustains Us
