- Work must directly serve or connect with communities historically subjected to discrimination, oppression, exploitation, or exclusion.
- Eligible geographic areas include Africa, Asia, WANA, Latin America, the Caribbean, Pacific Islands, Eastern Europe and Central Asia, alongside Indigenous and migrant communities worldwide.
