Eligibility
- Hold a doctorate or equivalent qualification, preferably in fields such as university pedagogy, adult learning, pedagogy, educational science, philosophy, or sociology.
- Possess documented educational competence and research within university pedagogy.
- Show an ambitious and clear plan for contributing to educational development locally, nationally, and internationally.
- Demonstrate good oral and written communication skills in both a Scandinavian language and English.
- Meet basic teaching and supervision competence requirements at the university and college level, or be willing to complete an approved course within two years.
- Non-Norwegian speakers must demonstrate proficiency in Norwegian at level B2 within three years.
