The Nivishe Mental Health Fellowship Cohort 7 is a 12-week virtual programme designed for emerging and established changemakers who want to deepen their understanding of mental health and build practical leadership skills. Grounded in African realities while incorporating global insights, the fellowship explores community mental health, neuropsychology, lived experience, and wellbeing. Throughout the programme, participants engage with experts, researchers, and leaders, culminating in a Community Impact Capstone Project intended to reach and benefit at least 200 community members.

Eligibility
- Must be at least 18 years old, with the programme primarily focused on young leaders aged 18 to 35 (though older applicants with a strong track record of community leadership and advocacy are encouraged to apply).
- Demonstrate a genuine commitment to addressing mental health disparities and promoting mental wellbeing.
- Open to diverse professional and community backgrounds such as healthcare, education, research, humanitarian work, advocacy, community development, and public service (formal clinical mental health employment is not mandatory).
- Possess reliable internet access and a computer for virtual attendance.
- Be proficient in English to actively participate in virtual sessions, discussions, and assignments.
- Commit to attending weekly Saturday sessions and dedicating approximately six additional hours per month to collaborative activities.
