A starting salary of £31,276 is provided alongside NHS employment benefits, with potential increases after 12 months.

Eligibility
- For General Management, Human Resources, Finance, and Digital – Health Informatics, applicants require a minimum 2:2 degree in any subject or an accepted alternative qualification.
- Engineering and Estates Management requires at least a 2:2 degree in an appropriate engineering discipline accredited by the Engineering Council.
- Final-year undergraduate students can apply provided they obtain a confirmed degree classification of at least 2:2 by mid-August 2027.
- Current NHS employees are welcome to apply as in-service trainees while meeting standard academic and right-to-work rules.
- Applicants must hold the right to work in the UK for the full duration of the Scheme.
- No specific prior work experience or age limit applies to the programme.
