Overview
The NL Scholarship, formerly known as the Holland Scholarship, is funded by the Dutch Ministry of Education, Culture and Science alongside various Dutch research universities and universities of applied sciences. The program provides a one-time award of €5,000 to successful candidates during their first year of study, though it does not cover full tuition fees.
Eligibility
- Must be a non-EEA national.
- Must apply for a full-time bachelor’s or master’s program at a participating Dutch higher education institution.
- Must meet the specific admission requirements of the chosen institution.
- Must not hold a degree from an educational institution in the Netherlands.
