Eligibility
- Must be an international graduate student currently enrolled in a research-based program at Memorial University (Postdoctoral Fellows are ineligible).

- Must remain a student for the entire duration of the program through April 30, 2027.
- Must hold a valid study permit for the duration of the program.
- Must satisfy the physical attendance requirements, being normally present in St. John's or at specific approved campuses/field studies, and commit to all mandatory schedule events.
