Overview
The Firoz Lalji Institute for Africa (FLIA) Creatives in Residence Programme at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) connects Africa's creative industries with academic research. The residency offers selected creatives an initial one-year affiliation with the possibility of renewal, allowing them to collaborate with scholars, translate complex social-science research into engaging public forms, and participate in the Institute's intellectual community.
Eligibility
- Be of African nationality or African descent.
- Demonstrate an established creative practice or track record of creativity and leadership.
- Be able to spend time in London to integrate into FLIA's intellectual community.
- No specific academic degree is required.
