The LEGO Group is offering a 12-month paid internship within its Employee Engagement and Analytics team in London, starting in January 2027. This hybrid position combines data analysis, employee research, survey methodology, reporting, artificial intelligence initiatives, and people analytics. Interns work 37.5 hours per week, with an expected attendance of approximately three days per week at the London Hub.
Eligibility
- Age: Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
- Student Status: Must be enrolled at the time of application in higher education or an equivalent training programme.
- Work Authorization: Must have the right to work in the UK for the full duration of the 12-month internship.
- Skills & Experience: Strong analytical skills, familiarity with Excel and R and/or Python, strong PowerPoint and communication skills, research proficiency, and familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, or Copilot.
