Overview
The LASR Labs AI Safety Research Programme is a 13-week, in-person initiative based in London, UK, focused on technical AI safety and reducing risks from advanced artificial intelligence. Hosted by London AI Safety Research (LASR) Labs at the London Initiative for Safe AI, the fellowship runs from January 11, 2027, to April 9, 2027. Participants work full-time in teams of three to four, taking research projects from proposal to publication under the supervision of experienced researchers from organizations such as Google DeepMind, Anthropic, and the UK AISI.
