Eligibility
- Applicants must hold a PhD or equivalent doctoral degree earned no more than three years before the fellowship start date.
- Research must focus on global democracy, democratic institutions, human rights, or related social science disciplines.
- Graduates of University of Notre Dame PhD programs are not eligible.
- International applicants must possess advanced English proficiency, a valid passport, and the ability to obtain a J-1 Visa.
