Overview
The Justus & Louise van Effen Excellence Scholarships provide financial assistance to top international students admitted into a regular two-year Master of Science (Msc) programme at TU Delft. Financed by the Justus & Louise van Effen Foundation, the award aims to encourage exceptional global talent to pursue technical studies that address societal challenges.

Eligibility
- Must be an international student applying for a regular two-year TU Delft MSc programme.
- Must receive conditional or full admission to an eligible Master's course.
- Must demonstrate excellent academic performance in previous university studies.
- Must be a new incoming MSc student rather than a current TU Delft student or International Joint Education Programme participant.
How to Apply
Applicants must submit their complete Master's application along with all required supporting documents at the same time before the scholarship deadline. Required items include:
- A completed TU Delft MSc application.
- The official Justus & Louise van Effen Scholarship Application Form.
- Two academic reference letters, uploaded together as a single PDF or submitted by invited referees.
- A valid English language proficiency certificate, if required.
