The Jean Monnet Scholarship supports postgraduate study or research linked to the EU acquis and is open to eligible students and university staff in Türkiye. Funded by the European Union, the programme helps candidates specialise in EU-related fields such as EU law and institutions, economics and competition, environment and climate, transport, agriculture, energy, migration and justice, public administration, employment and social policy, and digital and regulatory policy.

Candidates must ensure their application reaches the Central Finance and Contracts Unit in Ankara in a sealed envelope via mail, courier, or hand delivery.
