Overview
The InnoTadweer: EcoHack+ program is designed to support promising green and circular-economy ideas, helping them move from early concepts to practical, viable, and market-ready solutions. Operating across the West Bank, including Jerusalem, the program addresses resource efficiency, waste valorization, renewable energy, and other sustainability challenges.
The initiative is implemented within the Green West Bank and SAWA 2 projects, supported by the European Union and the Belgian Government through DGD, with implementation led by ENAPEL in partnership with Al-Quds University's BCite.
Eligibility
The program accommodates a diverse range of participants at various stages of development. Eligible applicants include:

- Young innovators

- Entrepreneurs and early-stage startups
- Informal teams and individuals
- Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs)
