Overview
The ICANN88 Fellowship 2027 is a fully funded international program designed to increase global participation in Internet governance and policy development. Selected participants will attend the ICANN88 Community Forum from 13-18 March 2027 in Lisbon, Portugal, where they can engage with global experts, policymakers, and technical professionals.

Eligibility
- Open to applicants of all nationalities and regions
- Must be at least 21 years old

- Complete the required ICANN Learn online course(s)
- Not be participating in another ICANN-supported travel program concurrently
- Submit the application in English
