Overview
The Helmut Veith Scholarship supports female Master’s students in Computer Science who intend to pursue an English-taught Master’s programme at TU Wien. Established in memory of Professor Helmut Veith by TU Wien, the Wolfgang Pauli Institute, and colleagues and friends, the award assists students with a strong mathematical and technical background in areas related to Professor Veith's work.

Eligibility
- Open to female students in computer science
- Must plan to pursue or be eligible for admission to an English-taught Master’s Programme in Computer Science at TU Wien, such as Data Science, Business Informatics, Logic and Artificial Intelligence, Media and Human-Centered Computing, Software Engineering, Quantum Information Science and Technology, Embedded Computing Systems, or Visual Computing
- Must possess or develop a solid mathematical and technical background in relevant fields
How to Apply
Applications for funding can be submitted either before or in parallel with the university admissions process, though the scholarship will only be awarded to candidates with unconditional admission to their chosen Master’s programme. Submissions must be completed electronically via the designated TU Wien job portal.
