The programme structure includes two primary stages:
- Four-Week Group Foundation Bootcamp: Introduces trainees to the culture, values, and strategic priorities of Heirs Holdings to build a strong baseline in business fundamentals.
- Five-Month In-Company Deployment: Provides hands-on workplace experience across participating companies, allowing participants to contribute to real-world projects. High-performing trainees may receive placement within the Group after completion.

Applicants must choose a participating company that aligns with their specific academic background and discipline:
