Eligibility

- Master’s Students: Must have completed a first university degree outside Germany and intend to begin a Master’s degree at a German university before establishing residency in the country. Priority is given to applicants from OECD DAC countries.
- PhD Applicants: Must have completed a graduate degree outside Germany and meet the academic requirements for doctoral studies at a recognized German institution. Priority is given to applicants from OECD DAC countries who have not yet established residency in Germany.
