Overview
The Wendy D. Puriefoy Cross-Sector Leadership Fellowship 2026–2027 is a paid, part-time position offered by the EdRedesign Lab at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. The programme connects four Harvard graduate students with nationally recognised cross-sector leaders participating in EdRedesign’s By All Means Senior Fellowship Program. Fellows serve as primary Harvard-based liaisons and strategic partners, helping senior leaders navigate the university, advance projects, and build relationships across the campus ecosystem.
Running throughout the 2026–2027 academic year, participants work approximately 6–10 hours per week under a flexible schedule while joining biweekly cohort sessions and supporting two on-campus visits.

Eligibility
- Must be currently enrolled as a graduate student at Harvard University, including master's, PhD, and Doctor of Education Leadership students.
- Must demonstrate strong project management, research, and analytical skills.
- Must possess knowledge of the Harvard ecosystem or the ability to identify campus resources independently.
- Must show a strong commitment to educational equity, racial justice, economic mobility, and cradle-to-career place-based work.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
