Overview
The Harvard University Berenson Fellowship is a fully funded residential research opportunity hosted by Villa I Tatti, the Harvard University Center for Italian Renaissance Studies in Florence, Italy. The programme focuses on "Italy in the World," encouraging scholars to examine the Italian Renaissance and its global connections with the Mediterranean, Africa, Asia, and Latin America. Selected candidates participate in a four- or six-month residential research period.

Eligibility
- Hold a PhD at the time of application and upload proof of the degree
- Pursue a strong research project connected with the Italian Renaissance and its global context
- Commit to working exclusively on the proposed fellowship project
- Not be working toward a second PhD concurrently
