The Harpswell Leadership Residency is a professional volunteer program based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Leadership Residents live alongside and support Cambodian Women's Leadership students and alumnae within Harpswell's leadership centers. The initiative runs for four to eight months, enabling participants to refine leadership skills, facilitate critical thinking discussions, tutor English, and foster cross-cultural exchange.
