Overview
The Global Leadership Challenge Program invites postgraduate students and young professionals worldwide to join a virtual leadership initiative hosted by the St. Gallen Symposium and the University of Oxford. Participants develop leadership skills, work on design-thinking action projects, and connect with world-renowned academics and senior leaders. Top-performing teams earn the opportunity to attend the 56th St. Gallen Symposium in Switzerland with expenses covered.

Eligibility
- Currently enrolled in a Master's or PhD program, or working as a young professional.
- Aged between 21 and 30 years old.
- Completed undergraduate studies.
- Possess extracurricular activities or work experience related to responsible leadership.
- Available for the 5-day virtual program from 10 to 14 December 2026.

Interested candidates should prepare a recent portrait picture in JPEG or PNG format, a CV in PDF, and proof of enrollment if applying as a student. To submit an application:
