Overview

The Girl Up EMEA Global Kinship Leaders 2027 recruitment offers a unique opportunity for young people to take on a leadership role within the Girl Up Kinship Network. This initiative is designed to strengthen youth leadership and support the growth of the Girl Up movement across regions. For this cycle, two Ubuntu Leader positions are available: one based in Kenya and one covering the UK and Zimbabwe.

Selected leaders will collaborate with the Girl Up EMEA team to drive youth leadership programming, foster Girl Up club engagement, manage digital storytelling, and assist with programme coordination. The role is structured as a part-time engagement requiring approximately 15 to 20 hours per week for six months, with a possibility of renewal.

Eligibility

• Age Requirement: Applicants must be between 19 and 22 years old.
• Location Requirement: Applicants must currently reside in Kenya, Zimbabwe, or the United Kingdom.
• Commitment: Candidates must be able to dedicate 15–20 hours per week for the six-month duration.
