Overview
The GIFTS – Global Institute Fellowship for Transforming Systems is a year-long learning and leadership programme for influential education system leaders from around the world. The fellowship aims to bridge the gap for professionals working on complex educational transformations by offering a structured global community to exchange experiences, build capacity, and address system-wide challenges.
Running from October 2026 through September 2027, the cohort-based journey combines virtual masterclasses, peer-learning groups, systemic action labs, dedicated coaching, and in-person experiences. Participants explore core questions regarding student outcomes, learning quality, and systemic alignment, while connecting with senior educational figures through closed-door roundtables.
