The Generation Ghana Volunteer Programme engages professionals and experienced individuals to mentor young people as they transition from education and training into the workforce. Volunteers help build participant confidence, strengthen employability, and prepare learners for professional success while developing their own leadership abilities and expanding their professional networks.
The total time commitment is approximately 12 to 15 hours spread over three months, which includes attending an onboarding session, conducting six virtual mentoring sessions, completing feedback forms, and participating in an end-of-programme survey.
